Salted duck eggs

Ingredients

duck eggs - 6
kilner jar - 1
water - 600ml
salt - 100g

Method

on the hob in a pan add the water and salt. boil it, takes about 10 minutes then let it cool, approx 60 minutes

clean kilner jar and duck eggs

place duck eggs in kilner jar

pour over cooled brining solution

seal jar

cure in a cool, dark dry place for approx 30 days
