Salted duck eggs

| duck eggs - 6 | |
| kilner jar - 1 | |
| water - 600ml | |
| salt - 100g |

on the hob in a pan add the water and salt. boil it, takes about 10 minutes then let it cool, approx 60 minutes |

clean kilner jar and duck eggs |
|

|
place duck eggs in kilner jar |
|
4
|
pour over cooled brining solution |
|

|
seal jar |
|
6
|
cure in a cool, dark dry place for approx 30 days |
