Pork belly
Five spice - 0.25 teaspoon
Sugar - 0.5 teaspoon
Salt
Sesame oil - none
rice wine - 2 teaspoons

Method

scrap skin with knife to remove top layer

Poke holes

Cut strip lines on underside

Rub marinade on underside

Salt skin

Double foil skin side up and skin exposed

Preheat oven to 220
