Leek and mushroom stuffing

Ingredients

Leek - 1 large or 2 medium, sliced
Mushrooms - a handful quartered
Salt, White Pepper, Black pepper
Tarragon
Sage
Rosemary

Method

Wash and prepare ingredients

Put pan on a low/medium heat. Add some oil, add all ingredients and slowly sweat ingredients. Stir occasionally

After 10/15 minutes everything should be well combined and cooked thru. Moisture should have been lost in the cooking process

Put to one side to use later or use a stuffing immediately
