Savoy cabbage in cream

Method

Remove any gnarly outer leaves and remove the base with a knife |

Peel off about half the number of leaves to serve 2 |

Half each leaf by cutting down the middle. Then finely slice |

Wash leaves |

Heat pan on medium heat. Then add oil or butter. Add fennel seeds to cook for a minute |

Add cabbage to pan and with a little water and cover with lid. The cabbage will cook by the heat from the pan and steam |

Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes. Add more water if the pan becomes dry |

Stir in cream and season. Cook for anther minute then serve |
