Steamed spare ribs in black bean sauce
Ingredients
| Spare ribs - 660g | |
| Garlic - 2 cloves | |
| Sugar - 1.5 teaspoons | |
| Black bean sauce - 1.5 teaspoons | |
| Cornflour - 2 teaspoons | |
| Salt - 0.5 teaspoons | |
| Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon | |
| Sesame oil - A drizzle |
Method

Cut spare ribs into 1 inch chunks and mix all ingredients well. Add splash of water. Marinade overnight |

Steam for 45 minutes at 80%. Check. May need another 10 minutes. |
