Steamed spare ribs in black bean sauce

Ingredients

Spare ribs - 660g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Sugar - 1.5 teaspoons
Black bean sauce - 1.5 teaspoons
Cornflour - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil - A drizzle

Method

Cut spare ribs into 1 inch chunks and mix all ingredients well. Add splash of water. Marinade overnight

Steam for 45 minutes at 80%. Check. May need another 10 minutes.

To reheat steam for 15 minutes
