Ingredients

warm water - 600ml
yeast - 2 teaspoon
sugar - 1 teaspoon
salt - 1.5 teaspoon
flour - 1.5 kg
olive oil - 6 tablespoons

Method

warm water + yeast + sugar in bowl and mix set to one side

flour + salt + olive oil + yeast mixture

knead in bowl

knead for 10 minutes of bench should be springy when ready

fold into ball flip over spin

oil a bowl and dough cover with cling film

rest for 1 hour or even better overnight
