Slow cooker mustard honey chicken

Chicken Legs - 2 | |
Onion - 1 segmented | |
Garlic - 3 cloves | |
Chicken stock - 150ml | |
Wholegrain mustard - 2 teaspoons | |
Djon - 2 teaspoons | |
Honey - 4 teaspoons | |
Thyme | |
Rosemary |
Method

Put the kettle on. Halve chicken legs into thigh and drumstick. |

Brown the legs. Cut onion into segments and peel garlic |

Boiling water to measuring jug for stock. Add mustards, honey, herbs and season. Add to slow cooker |

Set on low for at least 4 hours |

Take out chicken and thicken sauce with flour. |
