Slow cooker mustard honey chicken

Ingredients

Chicken Legs - 2
Onion - 1 segmented
Garlic - 3 cloves
Chicken stock - 150ml
Wholegrain mustard - 2 teaspoons
Djon - 2 teaspoons
Honey - 4 teaspoons
Thyme
Rosemary

Method

Put the kettle on. Halve chicken legs into thigh and drumstick.

Brown the legs. Cut onion into segments and peel garlic

Boiling water to measuring jug for stock. Add mustards, honey, herbs and season. Add to slow cooker

Set on low for at least 4 hours

Take out chicken and thicken sauce with flour.
